Why “Alloy”?

An alloy is stronger than any one metal on its own, and we thought that was a pretty great metaphor for our partnership and the value we create when we join forces with our clients.

    Alexandra (Alex) Hryciw

    PARTNER

Alexandra (Alex) Hryciw is a civic strategist and communications advisor with deep expertise in public affairs, government relations, political strategy, and stakeholder engagement. She works at the intersection of policy, politics, and public trust—she understands where decisions are made, how influence is built, and how organizations convert complex mandates into clear and compelling engagement strategies.

Alex has led high-stakes communications, public-policy, and engagement initiatives for governments, businesses, and institutional partners—advising senior elected officials, the founding CEO of a major investment-attraction agency, and one of the largest member organizations in Canada, and co-chairing a major downtown revitalization coalition. In 2025, she was appointed to the American Council of Young Political Leaders, representing Canada in a bilateral program connecting emerging political leaders across the United States. Through that work and her broader public-affairs career, she brings a strong network of political, civic, and business relationships across the United States and Canada that supports her work for her clients across sectors.
